About

A producer's ear,
an anchor's instinct,
a paradigm to shift.

Letisha Bereola is a two-time Webby Award-winning, Emmy-nominated media producer and former television news anchor with 15+ years building editorial-driven audio, video, and broadcast.

She leads podcast operations for WJCT, an NPR affiliate, and has produced media for an Academy Award-winning actor, a New York Times bestselling author, and purpose-driven principals through her studio, Paradigm Media Group.

The work spans editorial leadership, full-cycle production — virtual, in-person, and hybrid — clip and trailer strategy, packaging, and the kind of sharp copy that only a decade in daily news can teach. The aim is the same every time: media that moves the conversation forward.
